Matthew Ryan

Matthew Ryan and is a founding partner of Ryans Solicitors LLP, having previously worked in leading Dublin-based commercial firm.

Matthew specialises in real estate and private client matters. He is experienced in advising Approved Housing Bodies in relation to real estate transactions, contractual requirements, compliance needs, banking and finance arrangements and landlord and tenant matters while assisting them in furthering their own goals and objectives.

Matthew was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2011. He is the holder of a Law Society of Ireland Diploma in Commercial Property together with Certificates in Conveyancing and Property Law, Data Protection Practice and Charity Law, Trusteeship and Governance.
